The Spa de Fregate (for treatments) is only open everyday with reservation required:

Monday : 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tuesday : 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Wednesday : 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday : 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday : 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday : 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sunday : 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

The indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness area are open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Le Frégate wellness CENTER

Come and enjoy a moment of relaxation with our many facilities (jacuzzi, indoor heated pool, relaxation room, outdoor terrace with sun loungers/solarium). You will be able to prolong your journey thanks to the expert fingers of our practitioners, combined with Sothys’ sensory protocols & products.

We’ll welcome you in one of our warm treatment rooms solo or as a couple, if you would like to share this moment.

We also look forward to helping you in our shop, full of products that meet your needs and allow you to continue the escape at home.
