The Sothys Spa (treatments only) is only open by reservation, depending on dates and availability, we invite you to contact the Spa directly for any request.
The indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness area are open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Outdoor pools
Following the descending curves of the Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer hillside, 3 outdoor swimming pools, including a pool dedicated to the little ones, descend in waterfalls, overlooking the Le Frégate golf club and the Mediterranean sea.
Outdoor pools open from 9am to 8pm from May to September. A 50m3 children's pool, a 150m3 pool and another 200m3 pool. Maximum depth of 1.80m

All of the resort's swimming pools are exclusively reserved for hotel guests (and not accessible to external guests).
Indoor heated pool
Close to the outdoor pools, the wellness area beckons you to float in 28° water. Throughout the year, you will be able to enjoy the 20m long indoor heated pool of Le Frégate Provence.
Also enjoy its solarium and visit the jacuzzi (2m3, heated to 35°).
